Andreas has written an excellent article on Four needles, Five Elements, and Six Qi: Treatment using Korean Saam Acupuncture. It was published in the European Journal of Oriental Medicine (EJOM) Volume 9, No 5, 20-29.

Andreas referred to this site Korean Medicine.org

Toby Daly's article  The Classical Roots and Clinical Application of the Saam Acupuncture Tradition Journal of Chinese Medicine, Number 116, February 2018.

Although the seminar focuses on Jeong & Seung Gyeok, I would like to mention a small point of clarification. In the Handbook of Korean Acupuncture (published by KoreanMedicine.org), there seems to be a naming inconsistency that could lead to confusion for readers. The text defines Han-gyeok as “tonifying heat and discharging cold” and Yeol-gyeok as “tonifying cold and discharging fire,” while in fact, it should be the other way around. I thought it might be helpful to note this to avoid possible misunderstanding for those who consult the book.
